About Dime Staking Handbook

Our Mission & Identity

Dime Staking Handbook Co., Ltd. is an independent technical publishing house and engineering training organization founded with a single objective: to provide rigorous, unbiased, and deeply educational resources on validator node operations, consensus mechanics, and staking economics for the Dime decentralized network.

As decentralized networks scale in throughput and complexity, the knowledge gap between core protocol developers and everyday systems engineers expands. We exist to bridge that gap by translating intricate cryptographic protocols, kernel-level optimizations, and staking mathematics into clear, reproducible, and production-tested educational blueprints.

Company History & Foundation

Official Registered Business Name: Dime Staking Handbook Co., Ltd.
Established: 2023
Headquarters: Office 6, 64 Sample Road, Pattaya 00000, Thailand

Founded in early 2023 by a team of systems administrators and blockchain infrastructure researchers living in Thailand, our organization began as an internal documentation initiative. While evaluating hardware requirements and storage bottlenecks across high-speed Proof-of-Stake protocols, our founding engineers compiled extensive runbooks detailing NVMe degradation patterns, memory ballooning prevention, and air-gapped cryptographic signing procedures.

Recognizing that dozens of independent node operators and institutional delegators were struggling with identical operational hurdles, we formalized these internal runbooks into the public Dime Learning Library and launched our hands-on engineering training workshops.

Today, we serve an international audience of DevOps professionals, datacenter operators, and protocol researchers through our freely accessible documentation, structured 2-day workshops, and private infrastructure security reviews.

Core Educational Principles

We adhere strictly to three foundational operating standards:

  1. Protocol Objectivity:
We are an independent educational entity. We do not operate proprietary staking pools, we do not accept promotional payments to endorse particular validators, and we never provide financial or speculative investment advice. Our curriculum is evaluated solely on architectural merit and operational reliability.

  2. Empirical Engineering:
Every configuration parameter, benchmark, and kernel tuning recommendation in our handbook has been tested on bare-metal hardware under simulated high-throughput load conditions. We reject theoretical assumptions in favor of observable performance telemetry.

  3. Open Knowledge & Security Hygiene:
We believe that decentralized networks are only as resilient as their node operators. By educating engineers on cold key isolation, hardware security modules, and strict failover hygiene, we contribute directly to the censorship resistance and stability of the wider ecosystem.
